3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments may be made online, by phone, or on-site.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment may result in the service being considered as provided, without refund.
• If a client arrives late, the treatment duration may be shortened accordingly, without price reduction.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include applicable VAT.
• Payments may be made online or on-site (cash or card, where available).
• Online purchases are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

5. Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable legislation regarding distance contracts and booked leisure services for a specific date or time, certain services may not be eligible for cancellation after the stated deadline.

Gift Vouchers

• Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated;
• Non-refundable;
• Transferable to another person.

Where refunds are applicable, they will be processed within 14 calendar days.

6. User Rights and Obligations

Users agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• comply with all on-site rules, procedures, and staff instructions;
• behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.

Any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive use of the website or premises is strictly prohibited.

• they voluntarily request the selected treatment;

8. Health Responsibility and Medical Disclaimer

Clients are solely responsible for informing staff, before the session begins, about any relevant medical condition, allergy, injury, pregnancy, surgery, skin sensitivity, chronic illness, or any other health issue that may impact treatment.

All treatments are provided for relaxation, wellness, and non-medical purposes only. Services offered do not represent medical treatment, physiotherapy, diagnosis, or healthcare services.

No recommendation made by staff shall be interpreted as medical advice.

Clients are advised to consult a physician before booking treatments if they have any medical concerns.

9. Contraindications and Right to Refuse Treatment

For health, safety, and professional reasons, the company reserves the right to refuse, postpone, shorten, or adapt any treatment in cases including but not limited to:

• fever or contagious illness;
• skin infections, open wounds, severe irritation, or inflammation;
• intoxication by alcohol or substances;
• aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior;
• undisclosed medical risks;
• any condition considered unsuitable for treatment.

Where treatment is refused for safety reasons identified on arrival, refund eligibility will be assessed at management discretion.

10. Professional Boundaries and Conduct

All treatments are strictly professional wellness services.

Any inappropriate language, sexual remarks, harassment, intimidation, or misconduct toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

11. Limitation of Liability

Services and website functionality are provided on an „as available” basis.

The company shall not be held liable for:

• temporary technical errors or interruptions;
• temporary unavailability of the website or booking system;
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website;
• reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or allergies;
• dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations where services were delivered professionally;
• delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events.
